Your Role
You will work directly with the CEO as a true right hand.
Your mission is simple:
Keep the business moving forward operationally while the CEO focuses on key priorities (strategy, fundraising, and key customers).
You’ll touch growth, marketing, sales ops, business development, and fundraising — with real ownership, real accountability, and a steep learning curve.

What You’ll Do
1. Growth, Marketing & Distribution
Drive and execute LinkedIn content, marketing & growth initiatives
Support product marketing: case studies, messaging, landing pages, campaigns.
Experiment with growth ideas — test, measure, iterate.
Turn ideas into execution fast (no endless decks).
2. Sales Operations & Commercial Support
Own CRM hygiene and sales ops in HubSpot.
Track pipeline, conversion metrics, and campaign performance.
Prepare materials for customer meetings, pilots, and events.
Pitch in front of customers and win them over. Reiterate.
3. Business Development & Market Intelligence
Support prospect research and key account targeting.
Help prepare and follow up on customer meetings.
Analyze markets, competitors, and customer use cases.
Act as a force multiplier for commercial execution.
5. CEO & Operations Support
Structure operational topics so they don’t slow the company down.
Build Excel models, presentations, and dashboards.
Take ownership of recurring operational tasks — and improve them.
Support ad-hoc analyses and investor presentations when needed.
