As a Growth Hacking Working Student / Intern, you will work closely with the Sales Team and CEO to create and execute marketing and growth initiatives that build inbound interest and generate qualified leads.
You will be hands-on across content creation, social media campaigns, and marketing automation while also contributing to outbound prospecting efforts. This role is a unique opportunity to structure how a B2B SaaS startup grows its pipeline and converts leads into customers.
1. Marketing & Inbound Growth
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email newsletters, case studies, PR).
Create engaging content for social media, blog posts, and customer stories.
Help design materials that attract inbound interest and build brand visibility.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements.
2. Growth Hacking & Lead Generation
Research and identify target prospects in our Ideal Customer Profile.
Support outbound outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
Use automation tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, Clay) to streamline lead generation and qualification.
3. Sales & Customer Engagement Support
Assist in following up on inbound leads and scheduling meetings or pilot projects.
Participate in selected prospect calls and demos to gain first-hand sales experience.
Gather and organise feedback from prospects to improve our messaging.
4. Data & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot.
Track campaign and lead generation metrics.
Analyse performance data to spot opportunities for growth.
